REVENUE TICKETS
1. Selling Office: All Sales Channels
2. Collect applicable government taxes, fees and surcharges.
3. Book and Buy
4. BCC/ Fare Basis: U/ U2FREE1
5. Infant Discount permitted
6. Mileage Accrual: 25%
7. NON-REROUTABLE. NON-TRANSFERABLE. Tickets are subject to forfeiture if not used on flight/date shown (under NOSHOW policy).

FREE TICKET (Non-revenue)
1. Redemption Office: PAL Express Ticket Offices in the Philippines only
2. This promo is valid for redemption on PAL Express operated flights only.
3. Booking and Ticketing for the Free Ticket must be made and completed only until the following day the revenue ticket was purchased. (ex. If revenue ticket was purchased on 31 MAR 2013, FREE TICKET can be claimed only until 01 APR 2013). Passenger must present the revenue ticket and valid identification to claim the Free Ticket.
4. Subject to applicable government taxes, fees and surcharges.
5. BCC/ Fare Basis: Y/ U2FREE1Y
6. No Mileage Accrual
7. NON-REROUTABLE. NON-TRANSFERABLE. Tickets are subject to forfeiture (under NOSHOW policy).

REBOOKING
PENALTY: Php 1500/ coupon
1. May be rebooked only within the duration of the promo, subject to applicable Rebooking Fee and Fare adjustment (if applicable).
2. If revenue tickets are rebooked, FOC (if issued for another pax) must also be rebooked to the same
dates of the revenue pax.
3. If FOC is for the same revenue pax, travel date must be later than the travel date of revenue ticket.

REFUND
PENALTY: Php 2500/ ticket
Totally Unused
When revenue ticket is presented for refund, FOC ticket should be included for the refund.
